Privacy policy

Synara(“we”, “us”) operates synarahq.com (the “site”) and provides design and engineering services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and what your rights are. It is written in plain English and applies to all visitors regardless of locale.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number, budget range, service of interest, and message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.
• Language preference. We store a NEXT_LOCALE cookie when you switch languages, so the site remembers your choice on return visits.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs incoming HTTP requests, including IP address, user agent, and requested path. These logs are used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We do notuse third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools on this site at the time of writing. If that changes we will update this page and the change will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

How we use it

Contact form data is used solely to reply to your inquiry, scope a potential engagement, and communicate during a project. We do not sell or share it with third parties. If we begin a paid engagement, the relationship is governed by the project agreement we sign.

Data retention

Contact submissions are kept for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion or we are obligated to retain longer for legal or accounting reasons. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA (California), or the Australian Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@synarahq.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and uses Google Fonts for typography (subset, self-hosted via Next.js). When the contact form is submitted, your submission is transmitted to our email inbox. No third-party form-handling service is used at the time of writing.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
