Synara is a Melbourne-based product studio working with founders and product teams who want AI-native digital products that actually get used. We design what we'll build ourselves — so the interface that ships matches the interface that wins design review.
How we work
Most agencies hand designs to engineers and call it done. We don't have a handoff because the same team designs and builds. That removes the entire category of mistakes where the rendered product doesn't match the Figma file.
We're systems-first: we model your domain in components and tokens so that adding a feature is configuration, not a rewrite. The codebases we ship come with the test coverage, accessibility baseline, and CI/CD pipeline you'd expect from a senior in-house team.
We work in two- to eight-week sprints, with weekly working sessions and daily async updates. Most clients move from a focused Starter sprint to an embedded Growth engagement once the direction is validated.

Team
Founded by Suryansh Chourasia, co-founder and engineer. The team works distributed across Melbourne and Mumbai. We stay small on purpose — every client gets direct access to the people doing the work, with no account managers in the middle.
